Spring is springing around the corner, we’re all chomping at the bit – it’s that time of year when we’re all getting antsy to get out there and enjoy!   We all make plans – or intend to – what shall we do this weekend?  While artisan, craftsman and musicians are getting their wares set up, with the multitude of festivals you could be marking your calendar.  Many of the festivals will have beautiful unique handmade pieces to display, with many of the venues which may also include music, theatre and a variety of specialty eats.  Sometimes just knowing something will be close enough to venture to will inspire the jaunt and you’ll truly be pleased you did.  A couple of great sources are artfestival.com, Festivals.com and artfaircalendar.com, offering a nationwide calendar of events throughout the year.  Enjoy the weather, artisans, crafters, musicians and food, do something a little different, you’ll be starting a new tradition or if this is something you have enjoyed for years, check out the calendars for a new exciting destination.  Enjoy!
